arterial blood gas assay

This is a laboratory test of blood samples taken from an artery for pH, partial pressure of oxygen PO2, partial pressure of carbon dioxide PCO2, and oxygen saturation (SO2). normal values: pH = 7.32 to 7.45 PO2 = 90 to 98 PCO2 = 35 to 45 Sat O2 = 96 to 98
