Cushing's syndrome

Cushing's syndrome results from high cortisol levels due to any cause and is characterized by: central obesity with apparent excess fat especially on the face, hence coining the description of "moon face" delicate, friable, smooth and thin skin easy bruising muscle wasting hyperglycemia, hypertension, hypokalemia psychosis
