doxepin

This drug is used as a prescription sedative and as an antidepressant. It is classed as a tricyclic antidepressant. Its side effects include low or high blood pressure, drowsiness, agitation, numbness, dry mouth, blurred vision, weight loss/gain, and a host of other symptoms. In high doses, it can cause heart arrhythmias, circulatory problems and seizures (the latter only in people who already have convulsive disorders). Overdoses can cause coma, heart attack and death.
