Dubin-Johnson's syndrome

Dubin-Johnson's syndrome is characterized by the failure of excretion of conjugated bilirubin by the hepatocytes (liver cells). As a result patients have abnormally large livers, abdominal pain, and jaundice. This is an autosomal recessive inherited disease.
