malpractice

Malpractice is a medicolegal term alleging a practitioner of performing below the standard of practice of a profession. Four basic elements need to be considered: is there a duty of care owed towards the complainant is there a breach of that duty of care is there some harm or injury done is the harm or injury done directly related to or caused by the breach of the duty of care
