Association of Southeast Asian Nations
Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) — A multilateral organization formed in 1967 by the governments of Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand to promote economic, social, and cultural cooperation among nations in the Southeast Asian region.
