cardiomyopathy
Cardiomyopathy is a group of chronic disorders affecting the muscle of the heart resulting in impairment of the pumping function of the heart. This could be secondary to viral infection, malnutrition, alcoholism, amyloidosis, chemotherapy with doxorubicin, and metastasis to the heart.
