cholera
An epidemic disease caused by the bacteria Vibrio cholerae which involves severe diarrhea, resulting in severe dehydration, eventually resulting in shock, kidney failure, and death. It is spread by food and water contaminated with feces from individuals who have the disease. Selected cholera links:
