decerebrate posture
Decerebrate posture is the manifestation of clenched jaw, retracted neck, and the arms and legs extended and internally rotated (pronated). This condition is usually due to lesions in the mid-brain, upper pons or metabolic causes such as hypoglycemia and hypoxia. Selected decerebrate posture links:
