fluorescence recovery after photobleaching
A lab technique used to find out how fast a cell can regenerate parts which have been destroyed by bleaching with a microscopic light beam. The technique determines this by measuring fluorescent molecules located in the area. Selected fluorescence recovery after photobleaching links:
