giant cell arteritis
Giant cell arteritisis a systemic disease in which medium-sized and large vessels show thrombosis and chronic inflammatory granulomatous reaction. The temporal artery is often one of the arteries affected. This condition occurs in patients over the age of 50. Selected giant cell arteritis links:
