griseofulvin
Griseofulvin is a fungicide which works by hindering mitosis, in particular by interfering with the spindle and halting chromosome movement during the anaphase stage of mitosis. The compound is produced by the fungus Penicillium griseofulvum. Selected griseofulvin links:
