Grunstein and Hogness method
The Grunstein and Hogness method is a hybridization lab technique in which whole, lysed (ruptured) bacterial colonies which have previously been blotted onto a nitrocellulose (or other) membrane are hybridized to a DNA probe. Selected Grunstein and Hogness method links:
