ototoxicity
Ototoxicity refers to complications of or damage the auditory (hearing) and/or vestibular systems due to an ingested/absorbed substance. Ototoxins include some drugs such as salicylates (ASA), aminoglycosides, loop diuretics, and some anti-cancer drugs. Selected ototoxicity links:
