preexcitation syndrome
Pre-excitation syndrome refers to the condition when an individual has an accessory pathway of conduction between the sinus node of the heart and the atrioventricular (a-v) node, thus predisposing them to supraventricular tachycardia (abnormally fast heartbeat).
