Treacher Collins' syndrome
Mandibulofacial dysostosis is characterized by small mouth and poorly developed zygomatic arches (the bones surrounding the eye); congenital heart diseases may be present. It is inherited as an autosomal dominant condition. Selected Treacher Collins' syndrome links:
