Dr. Paul Fader treats patients of all ages at his direct-pay practice in Provincetown, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and whole-person wellness. He takes the time to listen to each patient's unique concerns, addressing everything from allergies and anxiety to obesity and skin conditions.

Office visits are typically 30 minutes long, allowing for more in-depth discussions and thorough examinations.
