1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Healthboard (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Healthboard is an informational directory of health providers. Provider listings are sourced from public data and voluntary submissions. Healthboard does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing on this site constitutes a referral, endorsement, or recommendation of any provider.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@healthboard.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Provider Claims
Claiming a provider profile certifies that you are authorized to manage that profile. False claims are grounds for immediate account termination. Healthboard reserves the right to revoke any claim at its discretion.
5. Reviews
By submitting a review, you grant Healthboard a perpetual, royalty-free license to display it. Reviews must be truthful and based on genuine experience. Healthboard reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these terms or contain false, defamatory, or abusive content.
6. Featured Listings
Featured Provider Listings are paid monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe. Featured status affects placement in search results only — Healthboard makes no guarantee of a specific number of views, leads, or patients. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. You may cancel at any time and Featured status will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically download provider data for redistribution
- Impersonate any provider, user, or Healthboard staff
- Submit false or misleading information in any form
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Healthboard does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of provider information. Provider profiles may contain outdated or incorrect information — always verify directly with the provider before seeking care.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Healthboard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including decisions made based on provider information found here.
10. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
